What is Sadhana?

Sadhana is a sacred, daily spiritual energy practice that guarantees to unlock your infinite potential. When done correctly, you can tap into Divine guidance, unlock your spiritual gifts, and, ultimately, experience enlightenment. 

Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort which includes:

  • CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT
  • MEDITATION
  • PRAYER

What is the purpose of Sadhana?

When we do sadhana, what do we do? We challenge the weakness, the laziness and our self-destruction. We challenge everything which is going to destroy us tomorrow.

Preparing for Sadhana in 4 steps

Sadhana is beneficial even if you start with just 5 minutes of practice.

Why do we get up for morning sadhana? Because we have to face the whole day, and we cannot face the day without a constant level of energy. People love you for three things only: wisdom, commitment, and consistency.

Step 1: Awaken your energy body with a few stretches and conscious breath (pranayama)

Step 2: Hydrotherapy

Next, take an ice cold shower, purifying your body and preparing it for the day ahead.

One of the most essential steps in the preparation for morning sadhana and good health is a 3 minute cold shower to purify your body and prepare it for the day ahead. This practice will: 

  • CLEAR TOXINS FROM THE DEEPEST LEVEL OF YOUR BODY
  • IMPROVE CIRCULATION AND FLUSH OUT YOUR ORGANS
  • OPEN YOUR CAPILLARIES

Step 3: Wear flowy clothes

Clothes: Wear flowy clothes made of organic materials that were not slept in and don’t constrict your energetic flow.

Optional: Cover your head with any sort of natural cloth scarf or hat. 
Covering the head and hair with a cotton cloth enables you to command your sixth center, the Ajna Chakra, containing your electro-magnetic field.

Step 4: Ready to Begin!

Go to your sacred space and begin your practice. 

You are training yourself to be aware of and master your subtle energies
