A lifelong athlete, Mikko devoted himself to bodily mastery at the age of three. After attending college on a full baseball scholarship, he shifted his attention to the arts, wherein he could move and sing and express as his soul was authentically called. Mikko’s ongoing commitment to physiological balance, wellbeing and expression, combined with decades of discipline, dedication and spiritual study have rendered him a clear vessel for the higher frequencies that move through him, enabling him to tap into universal intelligence in order to retrieve divine guidance on behalf of his clients.
Clairsentient and claircognizant, Mikko utilizes a variety of tools and techniques (chanting, drumming, ecstatic dance, Holotropic breathwork, Craniosacral therapy, Polarity Therapy, Core Energetics, improvisational trauma simulation, etc.) to release cenergetic blocks, while guiding his clients to master their own energy.
